Marcel Mbene is a Chartered Project Professional with experience leading and supporting complex engineering and infrastructure projects.
His background includes defence infrastructure, ports and marine works, industrial facilities, design management, contract administration and multidisciplinary project delivery.
He has worked across technically demanding projects involving operational constraints, international supply chains, complex stakeholder environments and time-critical programmes.
His approach combines engineering judgement with structured project leadership and commercial awareness.
